What data we collect
The data you send us yourself, and some technical data about your visit.
- Contact form and creators form: full name, email, phone, company name, website and answers about your business.
- Job application (Tally form): full name, email, phone, place of residence, links to your work, uploaded files and answers to the questions.
- Technical data about your visit (only if you allow it): device and browser data and the pages you visit, through the cookies described below.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and agree on working together (steps taken at your request).
- To handle your job application.
- To measure site usage and ad performance, only based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We process data with the help of trusted providers who act on our instructions:
- website hosting and email delivery,
- Tally (job application forms),
- Notion (record of enquiries and applications),
- Google (Google Analytics, YouTube) and Meta (Meta Pixel), but only if you allow it in the cookie settings.
Some providers are based outside the European Union. Data is transferred with appropriate safeguards provided by the providers.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose we collected it for, or as long as the law requires.
Your rights
At any time you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent in the cookie settings. Send your request to info@vistadigital.si.
If you believe we process data incorrectly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si).
Cookies
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This site does not use necessary cookies, so it sets none without your consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are loaded only after you accept them.
- Google Analytics (analytics): _ga and _ga_BJQ2MQJF8K, valid for 2 years. They measure visits and how the site is used.
- Meta Pixel (marketing): _fbp, valid for 3 months. It measures how well Facebook and Instagram ads perform.
- YouTube (Google): a video loads only when you play it. Google may then set its own cookies.
- Tally: when you apply for a job, a form from the provider Tally opens, which may set its own cookies.
